Dubai international property show to open this week

Thousands of investors will be joined by dozens of property developers at the upcoming Cityscape Global 2011, set to take place in Dubai this week.Now in its tenth year, the show will see around 150 exhibitors from 28 different countries showcase their latest property development projects.Notably, among those taking part in the event, which is due to start on September 27th and run for one week, are the Arab Towns Organisation and the Dubai Municipality, enabling visitors to see the latest property investment opportunities in the emirate. Celebrating the start of 2011 show, Cityscape group director Chris Speller told Trade Arabia: "This year's event will see international companies representing more than 50 per cent of the total exhibitors, an increase on the 2010 event, and Dubai?s position as an ideal bridge between Europe, Asia and Africa has secured its standing within the international business community."This comes as neighbouring Abu Dhabi gets ready to host the Volvo Race 2011/12 in the New Year, with thousands of fans and some of the world's most glamorous boats set to attend.
