Abu Dhabi tourism to be given Czech boost
Property investors with portfolios in the Middle East could be among those encouraged by the recent launch of new flights to the Czech Republic.Abu Dhabi Airports Company (ADAC) has announced that new flights connecting the emirate to the European nation will now operate from Abu Dhabi International Airport. It comes after the UAE has seen its connections with other nations, including China, India and Singapore, boosted in recent months.Should this lead to a boost in tourist numbers, demand for short term accommodation could also rise.Ahmad Al Haddabi, chief operating officer at ADAC, said: "ADAC is pleased to welcome Czech Airlines into Abu Dhabi International Airport airlines' portfolio, which is a direct result of its successful airline development strategy in attracting new airlines and expanding the airport's network."This strategy relies mainly on the quality of services and facilities made available to all of the airport's airlines through ADAC's commitment to continuously upgrading the infrastructure of Abu Dhabi International Airport."
