UK business school continues to grow in Dubai
The number of part-time executive MBA students in Dubai is growing, with Manchester Business School reaching the landmark of welcoming its 1,000th student.Indeed, the college, which is based at the Middle East International Executive Centre at Dubai Knowledge Village, has enrolled 110 students this month.Open to experienced working professionals, the programmes require students to have a degree and at least three years' managerial experience. Students are largely employed by multinational companies from the banking sector to marketing and IT.The make-up of the school is 12 per cent female and 60 per cent UAE residents."Recruiting our 1,000th MBA student less than five years after launching in the Middle East is a fantastic achievement and makes the Middle East the most dynamic of our international centres," said Randa Bessiso, director Middle East at Manchester Business School.She added that the school continues to see strong demand for executive MBA programmes in the Middle East, with the student base growing more than ten per cent this month.
