Small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) in the UAE have been offered a package of technology and banking offers following a new partnership between Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) and telecoms provider du.
Under the offer, SME clients in the UAE will be offered the iPhone 4 smartphone for AED 199 when they open an ADCB BusinessEdge current account and also sign up for the new Business Super Plan from du.
Commenting on the partnership, Farid Faraidooni, chief commercial officer at du, said: "SMEs represent a rapidly growing market in the UAE with big aspirations, and today we offer unparalleled solutions to meet their specific needs.
"By combining our award-winning new Business Super Plan with the latest smartphones, we are empowering SMEs."
According to du, it has acquired more than 20,000 business customers, consisting of SMEs and large enterprises across the UAE, with more than 300,000 business mobile users "in a highly penetrated market".
The Abu Dhabi Governmen has a majority share in ADCB through the Abu Dhabi Investment Council.
