Internationally renowned British chef Gary Rhodes is set to open his second restaurant in the city-state of Dubai.
The move to open a new eatery is a direct result of the success of Mr Rhodes' first restaurant the Rhodes Mezzanine, which opened at Grosvenor House Dubai in 2007.
