Rotana, a leading hotel management company in the Middle East and North Africa, has concluded the first hotel agreement with the recently opened Ferrari World Abu Dhabi theme park.
Commenting on the partnership, Rotana said it had gained "premium access" to Ferrari World Abu Dhabi that would uniquely combine "fast-paced thrill with laid-back relaxed accommodation".
"The tourism boom of Abu Dhabi intermingling with an international icon such as Ferrari World Abu Dhabi will undoubtedly need a respectable place to rest its head at the end of the day," added Rotana chief operating officer Omer Kaddouri.
"Rotana have stepped up to make this experience possible."
The company, which currently operates ten hotels in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain comprising 3,000 rooms, said it plans to boost that number up to 14 hotels with 4,000 rooms in 2011.
Rotana currently manages a portfolio of 70 properties throughout the Middle East and an estimated 29 per cent of total hotel rooms in Abu Dhabi.
