Top marketers and brand builders from local firms and multinational organisations recently attended an event run by the Advertisers Business Group (ABG) and MBC Group to coincide with Ramadan.
Groups looking for Dubai property might be interested to learn many of the representatives at the conference - held at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel's marquee - discussed subjects such as best business practices in the current climate.
They discussed which methods and tools would be the most effective in helping improve the advertising market and boosting brand-to-consumer connections.
Louis Hakim, ABG's chairman, commented: "ABG's vision and strategic priority is being the association that takes the lead in setting global best practice standards in media, advertising and marketing."
He explained this involved "gathering and engaging" experts in the marketing and advertising sector in events such as the one held recently.
In April this year, Dubai was the location chosen for another ABG event - this time is was the DMA Business Presentation & Luncheon, which was held at the Monarch Hotel in the emirate.
