IT specialist EMC has announced it is to appear at a conference in Dubai.
The firm confirmed it would participate in the Gitex 2009 exhibition in a bid to help people in the Middle East "transform their IT information landscape".
Among the product ranges to be on show - that could potentially appeal to those with property investments in Dubai - are set to include the CLARiiON unified storage solution.
In addition, the firm will showcase its Calerra and V-Max ranges, which could help improve infrastructure efficiency, according to the company.
Commenting on the regional demand for cost-efficient storage, Mohammed Amin, EMC regional manager for the Middle East, said: "GITEX exhibition is an ideal platform for us to meet Middle East decision makers and share with them how we can deploy our innovative technologies and solutions.
He added it would also give people the opportunity to find out how to deal with the challenges of managing and protecting data.
Meanwhile, Smartworld, an information and communication technology service provider, will also be present at the show, where it will launch a series of new products that could cater for the region's specifications.
