Fashionistas looking for property to buy in Dubai may be pleased to hear that a new Lanvin boutique has opened in the emirate.
Lovers of French styles will be able to check out the designer's latest ranges on Dubai Mall's Fashion Avenue.
This season's collection is housed in a 220 square-metre store, described as a "chic, luxurious and intimate environment".
Aficionados may flock to the emirate in order to sample some of the renowned clothing line, which could be welcome news to those with property investments in Dubai.
The outlet was created in conjunction with luxury retailer UAE Trading.
Commenting on the opening, Jihad Hajjar, the group's general manager, said: "The boutique is a delightful showcase of the current season's must-haves, designed to give shoppers a wonderful experience of the Lanvin world."
Dubai was recently found to attract consumers with expensive taste, according to a UBS bank survey that found services in the emirate to be some of the priciest in the world.
