Armani Hotel Dubai is beginning a recruitment drive to hire 600 hospitality staff ahead of the grand opening of the Burj Dubai later this year.
The hotel, which occupies the concourse and first eight floors of the building, as well as the 38th and 39th floors, is the first to be launched under the Armani brand.
Once it has opened later this year, it will be followed by other exclusive resorts in Milan, Marassi and Marrakech.
Marc Dardenne, chief executive of Emaar Hotels and Resorts and Emaar Hospitality Group, commented: "The Armani Hotel Dubai is an unparalleled hotel development marked by its exclusive location within the world's tallest building and the brand association with Giorgio Armani."
Armani is also offering service property for sale in Dubai's tallest building, with the interiors designed by Giorgio Armani himself.
The concept for the hotel group was first unveiled to the public at the 2008 Arabian Travel Market at the Dubai International Convention Centre.
