The new Rolls Royce Ghost will be as refined as anything the luxury automobile marquee has ever produced, says Rolls Royce Motor Cars chief executive Tom Purves.
However, he added that the car also boasts a "dynamic vitality" that is accentuated by the very latest in technology and engineering standards.
"The individual technologies determining handling and safety work together controlled by dual Integrated Chassis Management systems meaning that even under vigorous testing the Ghost remains perfectly poised," he enthused.
Among the new breakthrough features of the Ghost will be a highly responsive air suspension system capable of detecting the slightest of changes in load factors, such as a backseat passenger moving from one seat to another.
The suspension system also incorporates a lift and kneel function that lowers the chassis to make exiting the vehicle more comfortable.
Last month, Rolls Royce announced that it has increased its factory workforce by 50 per cent to bring the Ghost to market.
