The first Medical Group Practice (MGP) has officially opened in Dubai, promising Emiratis and expats premium medical services and healthcare.
The expanding private health company has already established a presence in seven other cities, including Athens, Frankfurt, Nicosia and Rome, and has become a reliable provider of leading care in areas including ear, nose and throat surgery, general and orthopaedic care and plastic surgery.
"MGP wishes to offer superior medical services to patients in the United Arab Emirates and the greater Middle East area," said Dr Kostas Konstantinidis, chairman of the organisation.
Speaking at the grand opening ceremony, he thanked Dubai Health Care City (DHCC) for making the new practice a reality, as well as praising the many distinguished guests assembled for their support of the new facilities.
DHCC is also home to the Boston University Institute for Dental Research & Education and the Harvard Medical School Dubai, as well as the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Academic Medical Centre.
