According to the authority, sales were completed on 64 pieces of property for sale in Dubai, with the most valuable trade being the sale of a plot in Jabal Ali which attracted AED34.12 million.
Close behind this was another property for sale in Dubai located in Al Jadaf, which went under the hammer for AED32.55 million. The next most valuable was another Jabal Ali plot which sold for AED28.8 million.
"The Palm Jumeirah area was the most active in terms of the week's sales, with some 13 transactions. Nad Al Shiba followed it with 11 sales," the Land Department also announced.
However, in terms of turnover by value, Jabal Ali came out on top, ahead of Al Jadaf and Palm Jumeirah.
In total, 71 mortgages were registered on villas and apartments for sale in Dubai.
Yesterday (April 8th), total sales peaked at AED600.89 million.
