Acclaimed fashion house Tsumori Chisato has opened its doors at the Dubai International Finance Centre's (DIFC's) Gate Village, with the designer hoping to capture the essence of the emirate with the striking design of the new boutique.
Sheikh Majed Al Sabah, founder and chairman of Villa Moda, a partner in the project, has explained that the store has been designed to exude the whimsical aesthetic of Tsumori Chisato's creations in a way that also reflects the excitement and fantasy of Dubai.
"Dubai's fashionistas will be enchanted by Tsumori Chisato's rich, colour-drenched designs," Mr Al Sabah enthused.
The new store may prove a bountiful resource to those women who are looking to stock up their wardrobe after buying property in Dubai.
Another designer who has recently made her presence felt in Gate Village is Nina Ricci, who opened her first boutique in the luxury DIFC development in late February.
Designer Olivier Theyskens created the outlet with a wholehearted commitment to contemporary styling.
