The Springs has topped the list of hot zones for Dubai property for sale.
According to figures from propertyfinder.ae, Jumeirah Lake Towers and Discovery Gardens are also proving particularly popular among those on the hunt for property for sale in Dubai.
Marcello Sambartolo, head of marketing at the property listing company, said that there has been a marked shift in activity among renters who are now looking at these developments in large numbers.
He added that overall house sale and rental volumes are continuing at high levels, with many Dubai property investments in emerging hot zones providing a great opportunity for buyers.
The most recent figures from the Dubai Land Department show that over the course of last week, total transaction volumes for Dubai property for sale hit AED1.77 billion, with outright purchases exceeding AED808 million.
"The total of 37 sale transactions were registered with the department by the end of the week, the most valuable of which was a plot in Nad Al Shiba that was sold for AED39.18 million," the department confirmed yesterday (March 19th).
