One of Dubai's most popular TV channels will relaunch with a new youthful appearance, the owners of the station Dubai Media Incorporated (DMI) has announced.
From March 15th, Dubai TV will also be showing a broader variety of programming in a bid to appeal to all sectors of society.
The plans for the new-look station were unveiled at the DMI training headquarters and have been promoted by the company's general manager Abdullatif Al Gergawi.
"We will continue our committed endeavour to offer our viewers the best-ever television viewing experience, as we strive hard to cater to the demands of a discerning audience with our unique and innovative offerings," he said.
In addition to family shows, Dubai TV provides news, sports, business and finance programming and is also the first station in the region to broadcast via satellite to Europe and North America.
DMI also owns Dubai One, Dubai Sports and Dubai Racing.
