Dubai property investment levels rose in February as many of the emirate's stocks achieved growth, according to figures from Rasmala Investments.
The organisation notes that some Dubai real estate firms posted gains of between five and 15 per cent over the course of the month.
Such achievements are in line with some of the best performing companies in other sectors, such as Dubai Islamic Bank's 18 per cent gain over the same period.
And Dubai property investment helped some construction industry participants to post even higher growth of up to 32 per cent during the month.
Founder and chief executive officer of Rasmala Investments Ali Al-Shihabi recently spoke of the relationship between property investment in Dubai and the emirate's financial services industry.
He explained that the commitment of banks on projects which are not yet completed helps to ensure that the Dubai real estate sector remains promising for investors over time.
