RTA Marine Agency completes waterbus designs
The Marine Agency of the Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) has announced that it has completed 20 per cent of the design work for new abra and waterbus terminals in Dubai.

In news that may be of interest to those looking for Dubai property for sale, the organisation has confirmed that it will construct eight new terminals overlooking Dubai Creek, including facilities at Bur Dubai station, Dubai Old Souk station, Sabkha Station and Bani Yas station.

According to Zawya.com, Marine Agency chief executive officer Mohammed Obaid Al Mulla said that the new facilities will be based on two terminal designs.

"One design is inspired by a heritage architectural flavour such that it will be consistent with buildings in the neighbourhood and the other one features modern classical touches," he said.

Mr Mulla added that the new terminals will also be fully compliant with stringent green construction guidelines.

The RTA's Marine Agency has also recently announced that 15 per cent of construction on the Ferry Dubai project has been completed.ADNFCR-2019-ID-19025466-ADNFCR
