Centre Point Logistics (CPL), one of Dubai's leading business conglomerates, is moving forward at a rapid pace on its multi-million dollar logistics complex project, which is under construction in Jafza South.

The state-of-the-art logistics development is expected to be the region's first zero carbon logistics facility. The project is scheduled to be complete and fully operational by the end of 2011.

In all, the complex will consist of three buildings, 15 7,500 square metre chambers and 200,000 square feet of integrated office space, making for an attractive Dubai property investment.

Its clients will be offered a number of flexible warehousing operations ranging from leasing individual chambers to supply chain management.

"CPL is keen to provide a new alternative in the region for warehousing and logistics solutions for all types of businesses," said Brent Pearson, managing partner of CPL.

He added: "We aspire to evolve into one of the leading drivers of logistics business in Dubai and the region. The upcoming Logistics Complex in Jafza is our major step forward in that direction."

The Jafza free zone describes itself as an investment destination par excellence with a thriving work culture.
