Anyone with commercial property in Dubai is likely to be aware of the opening of a conference today (November 3rd).
The Borse Dubai International Investor Conference New York 2009 is co-hosted by Goldman Sachs, Nasdaq Dubai in cooperation with Citigroup Global Markets and the Dubai Financial Market.
Essa Kazim, chairman for Borse Dubai, said: "New York-based international investors have shown great interest in meeting Dubai-listed companies, which reflects the huge appetite towards our companies."
He added that attendees are being presented with an exclusive opportunity by the two exchanges of Dubai - to gain from the widening regional economy. Highlighted incentives include there being no capital gains or income tax and negligible exchange risk.
There are a certain quantity of New York-based fund managers among others that are presenting themselves at the November conference, with a number of meetings occurring among them and listed companies on the two exchanges.
The growth command for Borse Dubai is taken from the 2015 Dubai Strategic Plan.
