A new agreement will mean that the Middle East's Pluto Games is responsible for making Xbox gaming devices and PC's from Logitech more widely available, which may provide interest for those with commercial property in Dubai.
The new distribution agreement with Pluto Games, which is located in the UAE, will mean that there are a greater number of retail outlets selling the technology in the region.
Yousef Atwan, regional director for the Middle Eastern and African division of Logitech, said: "Working with Pluto, we will ensure that our products are available throughout the Middle East's retail outlets, reaching gamers wherever they prefer to shop."
He added that the company was looking forward to "prosperous relationship" with the games retailer.
Mr Atwan commented that gamers can be demanding consumers, but that Logitech understands what they want as it has invested in close interaction with it customers over the years, for times when it has wanted data to support product development.
Logitech was established 1981 with its business based around computer mice technology.
