For anyone wanting to buy a property in Dubai, a development that showed at the 2009 Cityscape exhibition might have been worth a look.
The Cedre Villas Project resides in Dubai's Silicon Oasis community on Emirates Road and professionals from the company say that the development received a warm reception at this year's event.
Cityscape Dubai 2009 attracted more than 30,000 professionals including investors, consultants and architects for what was the eighth event of its kind in the region.
Muammar Al Katheeri, chief officer for engineering management at Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority, said: "We participated in Cityscape Dubai 2009 with a strong competitive offering, comprising a ready-to-move-in product … as well as up to 90 per cent financing offer from Dubai Islamic Bank - both of which benefited serious investors at the exhibition."
He added that potential investors gave the developer credit for the quality of space in the properties on offer.
The Dubai Silicon Oasis is owned by the government and operates as a free zone technology park for companies wanting a base for their regional headquarters.
Next year's Cityscape Dubai will be held between October 4th and 7th.
