Up to 40,000 fans will be packed into the new venue for each of the competition's games and also features a family stand suitable for groups and children.
England have been drawn in Pool D for this year's event, alongside Fiji, USA and Portugal.
South Africa will meet Scotland in Pool B, with Kenya and the Arabian Gulf completing the foursome.
New Zealand, Australia and Wales have all been drawn in Pool A, alongside Zimbabwe.
In its 39th year, there will be plenty to see in addition to rugby, including a group of cheerleaders from Australia and the Rugby Rock celebrations at the end of the competition.
This year, audiences will be treated to a tribute performance by The Tom Jones Experience.
