الاتحاد للطيران تجعل البحث عن الرحلات أكثر سهولةً بالتعاون مع جوجل

أبرمت شركة الاتحاد للطيران شراكةً مع شركة التكنولوجيا العملاقة "جوجل" مما يتيح للشركة توفير مزيدٍ من الراحة للمسافرين بحيث يتمكّنون من التعرف على جداول الرحلات وأسعار التذاكر باستخدام محرك البحث المُعتمد.
وتعني هذه الشراكة قدرة السياح المسافرين من خلال شركة الطيران على استخدام تطبيق البحث عن الرحلات "Flight Search" لاستعراض الرحلات المتاحة ومقارنتها، إلى جانب القدرة على استعراض أسعار التذاكر الفعلية في الوقت ذاته.
هذا وسيصبح بمقدور المسافرين الوافدين من كلٍ من الولايات المتحدة وكندا والمملكة المتحدة وهولندا وإسبانيا وفرنسا وإيطاليا وألمانيا وبولندا وأيرلندا الوصول إلى معلومات دقيقة حول 1400 رحلة أسبوعية لشركة الاتحاد بمجرد لمسة زر واحدة.
تجدر الإشارة إلى أنّ الشركة توفر في الوقت الحالي رحلاتٍ جوية من 103 وجهات مختلفة في جميع أنحاء العالم وإليها.
وللوصول إلى التطبيق، لا يحتاج المسافر سوى إلى النقر فوق كلمة "Flights" (رحلات) الموجود بشريط التصفح الذي يظهر في صفحة نتائج البحث على محرك البحث "جوجل"، ويمكنه الوصول إلى تطبيق البحث عن الرحلات "Flight Search" كذلك عن طريق إدخال مصطلحات البحث والنقر فوق أول رابط دعائي يظهر له.
بمجرد وصول الشخص إلى الأداة يمكنه إجراء عمليات البحث عن الرحلات بصورة سريعة كما يمكنه كذلك استخدام الخريطة التفاعلية لاستعراض الوجهات التي يمكن لشركة الاتحاد نقله إليها، ويمنح هذا التطبيق المستخدمين أيضًا الفرصة لمقارنة الأسعار بدقة، فيدركون حصولهم على أفضل صفقة متاحة.
وعقب إجراء البحث والعثور على الرحلة المنشودة، يمكن عندئذٍ إجراء الحجوزات على الفور.
وفي هذا الصدد علّق السيد بيتر باومجارتنر، المدير التنفيذي لشركة الاتحاد للطيران، على الأمر قائلاً: "يسعدنا أن نعلن عن هذه الشراكة الكبرى المتنامية مع "جوجل" والتي من شأنها أن تتيح لنا أن نوفر للضيوف إمكانية الوصول بسهولة أكبر إلى كافة معلومات رحلاتنا عبر موقع البحث المفضل لديهم."
وفي سياق متصل أضاف السيد نيكولا سيميوناتو، المدير العام لقسم السفر لمنطقة أوروبا بشركة "جوجل"، بالقول: "سيكون بمقدور المسافرين في مختلف أنحاء العالم البحث بسهولة وسرعة عن رحلات "الاتحاد للطيران" ومقارنة أسعار الرحلات ببعضها بعضًا، وذلك عبر أداة البحث عن الرحلات التي يوفرها "جوجل"، التي تتميز بسهولة استخدامها."
جدير بالذكر أنّه يمكن الوصول إلى التطبيق من خلال الهواتف الذكية والأجهزة اللوحية وأجهزة الكمبيوتر المحمولة وأجهزة الكمبيوتر المكتبية.
وقد أطلقت دائرة جمارك دبي مؤخرًا تطبيقًا يتميز بسهولة الاستخدام في جوهره، وسيمكّن البرنامج الزوار الوافدين إلى الإمارة من الوصول إلى معظم الخدمات من خلال هواتفهم الذكية والأجهزة اللوحية موفرًا لهم المزيد من الأمان وإمكانية الوصول.

The collaboration means tourists travelling with the airline can use the Flight Search app to explore and compared available flights, while simultaneously being able to view live ticket prices.
Travellers from the US, Canada, the UK, the Netherlands, Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Poland and Ireland will be able to access accurate information about Etihad’s 1,400 weekly flights at the touch of a button.
The airline currently offers flights to and from 103 different destinations across the globe.
To access the application, a traveller just needs to click ‘Flights’ on the navigation bar that appears on Google’s search results page. Flight Search can also be accessed by entering search terms and clicking on the first sponsored link that appears.
Once a person has accessed the tool they can perform searches for flights rapidly and can even use an interactive map to explore the destinations Etihad can take them to. The application also allows users the opportunity to compare accurate prices, so they know they’re getting the best available deal.
After performing a search and finding the desired flight, bookings can then be made immediately.
Peter Baumgartner, chief commercial officer of Etihad Airways, commented: "We are delighted to announce this major and growing partnership with Google, which will enable us to give guests convenient and full access to our flight information via their preferred search engine."
Nicola Simionato, general manager for Google Travel in Europe, added:"Travellers across the world will now be able to quickly and easily find and compare the best Etihad Airways flights within the fun and easy-to-use Google Flight Search tool.”
The application can be accessed on smartphones, tablets, laptops and desktop computers.
