Construction Status

The structural engineering and detailed design architectural review requires the issuance of a new building permit which is in process.

30% of the block work on the 5th floor is complete.
The revised floor plans have been delayed by Ras Al Khaimah Municipality pending a structural engineering and detailed design architectural review.
Final approval is expected before the end of September.
